Ocean Beach is the unofficial capital of Fire Island. Overflowing with a small-town coastal charm reminiscent of a simpler time, main street walks are lined with markets, restaurants and boutiques. Local children sell painted shell souvenirs out of red wagons. Just outside of town, our two houses are on the island's bay side. Perfectly located in very close proximity to the town and all that the town offers. Situated 30 feet from the bay and to the life-guarded swimming area and waterfront playground with plenty of fun things for the kids to play on while you relax on one of the many benches or Gazebo, and enjoy the most spectacular view.
